Erath Veneer Corporation was started back in 1968 by my father, George Erath. Through the years, he impressed upon me the importance of manufacturing quality veneers and respecting the wood that is the source of our livelihood.

At a time when most of the productive capacity in our industry is controlled by a few large corporations, it is our belief that an independent, closely-held company is the best way to create a superior quality product backed by the level of service our customers deserve.

Today, everyone in our organization is absolutely committed to bringing the best out of each and every tree. Certainly, it's good business. But it's also a responsibility to our customers and our world to be good stewards of our precious resources.
